The Online Foreigner Recruitment System is an innovative tool created at the University of Wrocław as a result of combining the long-standing experience of the staff of the International Cooperation Office in providing services to candidates for studies – foreigners – with the analytical approach and technical skills of the programmer. The aim of the Online Foreigner Recruitment System was to create a recruitment system, not just a student registration system, and to provide a friendly, fast and reliable service for foreign candidates for studies at one of the largest Polish universities.
The Online Foreigner Recruitment System is a tool that treats each application comprehensively at every stage of recruitment, i.e. from submitting the application (with a scan of all required recruitment documents) to dormitory booking, pick-up service and current insight into student fees. At the same time, the Online Foreigner Recruitment System is intuitive and easy to use for the user. Its additional advantage is the possibility of free expansion by adding such modules as student exchange programmes, study abroad, graduate programme. Therefore, it is a tool that not only allows registering candidates as the IRKA system does but it is also a tool that serves all along the study period from being a candidate to graduating. The Online Foreigner Recruitment System allows using the time more efficiently and admitting far more university applicants. It also enables real-time reports and statistics on recruitment at every stage.
