ROENTGENOGRAPHY LABORATORY
The laboratory performs structural testing and analysis on monocrystals and polycrystalline samples using Mo or Cu lamp radiation. Standard measurements can be made in the temperature range 100-300 K. A powder diffractometer for polycrystalline samples allows measurements up to 1600°C.
