SEM

The laboratory performs the following measurements using a transmission and scanning microscope: 

• morphology studies of micro- and nano-sized materials; 

• diffraction analysis of microcrystalline structures; 
• (qualitative and quantitative) chemical composition analysis; 
• mapping the distribution of selected elements in the material.
